My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Blanca lived with a man on the streets in the back on an alley. We met the man at our Spay/Neuter Clinic and offered to give his dog some free medical attention - her eyes had entropion and she was in obvious discomfort. She had her eye lids operated on and can she can see a lot better now. We stayed in touch with her owner and he eventually realized that he could not properly care for her as her eyes continued to be an issue and she was living on the end of a chain. With a heavy heart, he realized her life was one of suffering and he agreed for us to take her off of the chain and in to our care. Today she is in foster care and is a wonderful dog! She is a part of a "bonded pair" with her BFF, Spencer. Blanca is beautiful and no longer has any eye issues. She loves to go for walks and play with her foster brother…..they romp and run all day long. She is very smart and and shadows her foster mom everywhere. Blanca is available for adoption with Spencer ($100).
