TIPPY's Story...
Poor little Tippy girl, the woman who got her as a puppy was told she was getting a Shih Tzu and got this beautiful girl instead. At 7 months old, this Wheaton Terrier mix pup now weighs about 20 lbs and has long ago surpassed the Shih Tzu look and size. Tippy has a very unique look with the cutest ears you have ever seen. Of course at 7 months old she is full of energy and that’s why her owner is finding Tippy a new home. With the owner’s health issues she cannot give Tippy the exercise she needs. Tippy is housetrained, leash trained, scared to death of cats but very good with other dogs and children. Her favorite thing to do is to play with her stuffed penguin and she promises to play fetch all day long if you throw something. She also loves to go for a ride. Tippy is a wonderful little girl who will bring so much love and joy to her new family. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. CONTACT US AT 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

TIPPY, a Salem Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Salem, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
