Otis was pulled from the euth list at a high kill shelter in South Eastern KY. He is such an awesome kid!! He is a big boy about 65 pounds. Otis knows his basic commands and is house trained. His adoption fee is $150 and that includes vaccines, heartworm test, neuter, micro chip.
