Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Spike has been a one owner dog living with an elderly gentleman. Spike, along with his housemate Bill were surrendered to Friendship because their owner was too ill to care for them. He has never been around children and is not used to having much company in the home. There was an older Spaniel named Bill in the home. Spike liked being the dominant of the two. They do not need to be adopted together. Spike is a happy go lucky, social butterfly that may be okay with older kids and another dog. He's a 3 year old Cocker Spaniel mix. Stop by and spend some time with Spike. You just may find yourself going home with your new best friend.
If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
