Bunny's Story...
Hi. My name is Bunny. I am a 3 ½ year old, female, black and white cat. I am a sweet and mellow cat looking for my forever home. I am definitely a creature of comfort and I would love to lay on my very own cat tower or on your lap! I can be a little shy at first, but I quickly warm up when you start to pet me. I would do best in a home without dogs. I could thrive in a home with another cat. This would probably help me build my confidence. I could also live in a home with children 7 years or older who will give me my space and won't chase me around the house. If you think I would be a good match for you, please head up to Whatcom Humane Society today and we can get to know each!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bunny, a Bellingham Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Bellingham, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Bellingham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellingham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellingham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellingham paves the way for another one to be saved.
