My name is Karmin and I am a wee girl with some Yorkie in my mix– I tip the scales at 5 lbs. Somehow I ended up at the pound as another unclaimed treasure. Even though I am tiny, I thought that my family would have noticed I was gone! At seven years old, I would have imagined that someone would miss me. My pals here at the Centre tell me not to worry; life only gets better from now on. Would you keep me safe? I am a very affectionate girl and I love human attention. I greet everyone with friendliness and enthusiasm. Being all terrier, I am quick to sound the alarm so I will keep you safe. When the weather warms up, I absolutely love going for walks and enjoy running out to the end of my extendable leash. I simply can’t wait to chase butterflies and rolling in the grass is my passion. Don’t think because I am small that you must carry me, I enjoy using my legs. Now when you are ready for some love and affection, I will gladly snuggle with you. Since I am so tiny, I do need a home without young children. I like kids but young kids might trip over me or accidentally step on me; that would not be a good thing!
