My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Chloe and I am a 3 1/2 year old Poodle/Maltese/Japanese Chin mix. I am a very sweet and playful girl who came back into rescue on 1/5/14. I was adopted to a family two years prior and evidently the family broke up and I ended up with another family who did not take care of me. I was found as a stray and taken to the local Humane Society who luckily was able to trace me back to rescue. I was a mess when I came back, my hair was so matted it took over 2 hours to shave me down. My skin was very irritated and my foster family has been giving me medicated baths every week to help my skin heal from the neglect. Even with all I have been through I have the most amazing disposition. I am a very active and playful little girl. I am looking for an active family who will be committed to caring for me for the remainder of my lifetime. Because of the breeds I am mixed with I do require regular grooming. I think if you meet me you will fall in love because I am a super sweet little girl.
