Maude's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, and declawed.

Maude's Story...
Maude is a really stunning cat. She is what we suspect to be a Neberlung mix. That is a rare breed of cat with long, blue/gray fur, wide set eyes, and a unique body shape. She is front paw declawed and approximately 2 years old. This poor girl was found wandering a forest preserve, together with Harold, another kitty. They could be adopted together or separately, since they aren't that bonded.

Maude's adoption fee of $95 includes her spay, deworming, virus testing, shots, and microchip and registration. To meet this gorgeous girl, please email carfforanimals@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maude, a Chicago Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
