My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chelsie is a sweet little girl looking for a home of her own. She is curious and confident and loves to explore. She walks well on leash and is very friendly. She will enjoy making friends in her new neighborhood. Chelsie loves other dogs and gets along great with our cats. She is confident and not scared of anything. In fact you will not want to let this girl run off leash because she will BARK at cars going down the road and will quite likely run after them, so she must be leashed on her walks at all times. Chelsie is affectionate yet independent, so she will cuddle up on your lap but not be clingy and underfoot. Chelsie and her sister, Clara, were surrendered to a rural shelter when their owner could no longer care for them. They do not need to be adopted together. Chelsie is 3 years old and weighs 6 lbs. She is crate-trained and housebroken. She has been spayed and microchipped and is up to date on all of her shots. She has tested negative for heartworms and is on monthly preventative for heartworms, fleas and ticks. To meet Chelsie please fill out our adoption application on line at www.cedarfarmrescue.com .
