Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Riza-Murphy is a 5 year old neutered black male Lab who weighs 95 pounds but needs to lose a few pounds. He should be between 86-90 lbs. Murphy is a very happy, friendly dog who loves attention and getting his belly rubbed is neat. Likes to retrieve especially his favorite orange rubber ball but will sometimes want you to play chase with him. Loves to swim, owners had in-ground pool that he was constantly jumping into.
He has lived with a two other dogs, is good when meeting new dogs, he is curious and wags his tail. He has also lived with 3 cats. Knows sit, paw (working on left and right), stay, wait, OK (it’s okay to eat). Pulls some on lead but good with an Easy Walk harness. His tail wags a lot when he sees other dogs on lead. House and crate trained. Had run of the house, sometimes he liked to sleep in his crate at night with door open. Was nervous at vet no aggression just a bit scared. See Murphy on Youtube. He is approved for kids ages 10+.
Update (11/12);Murphy is a big friendly pup who is almost 6 year old black lab. He has been in a household with 3 adults and a Dachshund who gets along with as she is the boss! Gets along with the other dogs at doggie daycare. He is very smart at training he was a superstar: sit, down, stay, shake, crate up, etc. We use "UH, OH" as the correction word if he didn't respond that's usually all it takes. Good on lead with Easy Walk Harness, gets excited when he meets a dog he doesn't know.
He loves soft toys but they usually don't last very long. He likes his big Kong which he loves to have filled with peanut butter and also likes to fetch the squeaky Kong balls. He weighs 95 pounds and is very healthy. He eats everything. He is house and crate trained. Sleeps like a log.
He can be a little mouthy when he gets excited but all we have to do is say "Uh Oh" He will counter surf if he gets a chance. He does not like to have you play with his front paws, but is very happy to shake.
