Meet Xavier! He is a handsome orange and white tabby who was born in early 2012. He was an owner surrender at BARC, and we have no idea why. He is the perfect cat! He is a loving, sweet, smart, playful, purr machine -- the list goes on and on. He even likes taking bubble baths! He is ready to find a furever home and make some family very happy!
