My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rusty is a lovable 6-year-old male with the cutest “freckles” on his nose. Rusty is loyal and loves to be near you. He looks forward to snuggling with you on the couch or in a chair. He is a typical Velcro dog and likes to be part of the everyday routine. He also loves a good bone.

Rusty is well trained and knows the commands: sit, stay, down, leave-it and come. He walks well on a leash. He is a medium energy level dog. Rusty is crate trained but does not require a crate.

Rusty is good with other dogs. Rusty is good at the groomer and looks fabulous when done. He is sensitive to being grabbed by the collar and needs very soft brushing by his person.

The ideal home for Rusty would be a home with someone that wants to love this adorable boy. He can be anxious with change but adapts quickly. Even with change he does not lose his lovable, cuddling personality.
