My name is Chassi and I am a sweet older pure bred Pug girl that had the misfortune of losing my owner when she went to a nursing home. The people who promised her they would care for me just turned me in to the kill shelter in her town. Here is where I sit in this dreadful shelter and truly scared of what might happen. Critter Cavalry Rescue will get me out if someone will offer to foster me or adopt. They have promised to give me the cherry eye surgery that I really need and also to do a much needed dental. I am about 12 years old and a tad overweight….well Ok…maybe a lot overweight, but I promise to go on a strict exercise and diet program if someone will get me out of the shelter. I have lots of love to give and more years to share with someone. I am a sweet girl and have no illusions of grandeur about myself. I am not self important but selfless in how I can love a family or my person. I just hope someone will give me a place to rest for the remainder of my life.
