Tootsie's Story...
Tootsie is a beautiful, young, loving cat, the person that bought her from a pet store has a child that is allergic and she asked us to re home Tootsie. She got adopted 4 moths ago by a wonderful lady Ivonne that had a male older cat and all was great, but unfortunately the new adopter passed away a week ago of Leukemia leaving her 2 beloved cats behind. Her son and wife cannot keep the cats and have them in a balcony until they find home for them in her empty apt that they are trying to sell. We would love to get the adopted together as the male is an older cat and was very bonded to the lady and probably is suffering her loss. Tootsie is sweet, good with kids, cuddly and adorable, she would make a great family member. If you would like to give a forever home to Tootsie and maybe her companion male cat who is neutered and declawed, please contact us. furangelsrescue@gmail.com or call 786 368-8005 A home visit is required and we will email you an application to fill out. If the male cat would be adopted as well the donation would stay the same. Thank you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tootsie, a Miami Himalayan cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Himalayan for sale in Miami, or seeking a Himalayan cat from a breeder in Miami.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Miami already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Miami breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Himalayan breeders who help with Himalayan rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Miami paves the way for another one to be saved.
