Penny, found with Sheldon was taken in by a family that already had their limit on pets so they had her spayed and brought her to CRSD to find her a home where she would not have to run the streets again. She is estimated to be 1 to 2 years old, 7 solid lbs, and although shy at first she becomes a bit of a Velcro dog with some TLC and trust.
