Ralf's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Ralf's Story...
Ralf and his 2 sisters and other siblings were temporarily rescued from a high kill shelter where they faced euthanasia. Homes were found for some of the siblings and we here at Blackdogs were happy to take the remaining three puppies; Ralf, Sabrina and Simone. Sabrina and Simone are solid black and Ralf has the tan Shepherd markings. Healthy, happy puppies who have had good care since they were 6 weeks and are now going through their vet care and ready for adoption. They have just started doing a bit of off leash hiking and are very friendly nice puppies.

Ralf's adoption fee is $300 which helps cover the costs of getting him all ready for adoption. If you would like more information, please contact Becca at blackdogs@me.com. To request an application to adopt Ralf, please email Dawn at blackdogsrescue@icloud.com. Ralf will be available to meet his pre-approved adopters at an upcoming meet and greet in Hagerstown, MD

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ralf, a Bluemont German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Bluemont, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Bluemont.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bluemont already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bluemont breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bluemont paves the way for another one to be saved.
