Ralphie is a handsome and sweet, 18-month-old, 16-pound, male, purebred tri-color Beagle with warm brown eyes looking for a loving guardian. Ralphie is living in a foster home in Chicago where he is working on his housebreaking and sleeping in bed with his foster mom. He is crate-trained and does well when gated in a small area. He is scheduled to be neutered on Monday and that should help in his housebreaking as well. He is still in his chewing stages so blankets and stuffed toys don’t stand a chance with Ralphie. Ralphie is a nice boy who just loves to be loved. He melts when you pet him and love him; his eyes shut and he falls into a trance. Ralphie knows the command sit, paw and sit pretty. He seems well-behaved with other dogs. He loves to go on walks and follow his nose around the neighborhood; he also rides well in the car. Ralphie is healthy, up-to-date on vaccines, fecal and heartworm-tested. He will be neutered and micro-chipped this coming Monday.
