My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Frederic III was the Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire back in the mid-1400′s. Now his spirit has returned to us in the body and mind of this beautiful beagle boy. Frederic was found by a vet in Baltimore. After scanning him for a microchip they found he had formerly been in the care of the Baltimore shelter. He was returned to the shelter and we got him bailed out. Frederic is about 2 years old and appropriately energetic. He really doesn’t have good leash manners but that seems to stem from his overall enthusiasm for everything. He loves people, but we won’t know about dogs, cats or kids until we get him into a foster home. He rode very nicely from shelter to kennel (about 90 minutes) and left his crate clean and dry.
