Meet Roxy. This sweetheart is approximately 5 years old, and has lived with her family since they adopted her from us in 2010.



One of Roxy's human brothers has developed such a severe allergy to Roxy over the last few years that she has had to spend more and more time separated from the main family areas of the house to keep him healthy.



This makes Roxy really lonely, and she is very loved by her family, so they, with our support, have decided that Roxy deserves a home where she can really be a part of things and get the attention she deserves. Roxy will be staying with her family while we help her to find her new home, and they will do everything they can to ease the transition for her.



Roxy is very sweet, and very smart. She has taken basic obedience, which she passed with flying colors. She knows many commands, and is eager to please her people. She is great with kids and easygoing with other dogs. She loves tennis balls, and could chase them all day for a willing thrower! She particularly enjoys Kongs and puzzle treat dispensers. She would do best in a home without cats - she thinks they are toys, too!
