My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jewell is in an east Tennessee shelter and is looking for a forever home. She came into the shelter with 3 pups )that have been adopted). Jewell is just under a year old. We believe her to be an Aussie shepherd/lab mix. She is very timid, but sweet. She will be leash trained while she is shelter-bound. She is very intimidated by the shelter cat! Aussie's are typically high energy, so apartment dwelling is not recommended. Homes with older children only, please.

She will be transported to New England upon adoption. We use Alpha Dog Transport. They have several convenient stops in CT, VT or ME. They charge $125 for their services and will also hand off all vet paperwork with the dog.

An adoption fee of $185 will apply to cover the cost of her vetting. She will be spayed, be brought UTD on shots, HW tested and will be on preventative.
