Patch's Story...
My mama, Honey, was tossed out of truck a week before she had us. My mother and my six littermates have now found homes. However, I am still searching and waiting for my home to come. Please come meet me. I promise you will not be disappointed! I get along with other dogs and I am starting to really get comfortable with strangers. I am eager to please so if you have the time, I would love to learn some new tricks.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Patch, a Homewood Hound (Unknown Type)/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Boxer for sale in Homewood, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Boxer dog from a breeder in Homewood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Homewood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Homewood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Boxer breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Homewood paves the way for another one to be saved.
