Yuma's Info...

Yuma's Story...
Yuma is living at a vet office in east TN. DDWTN has agreed to help place this girl in a forever home.

Yuma is 9 mo. old and we believe her to be a G shepherd/possibly boxer mix. She is very playful and active. She is very friendly and knows some basic commands. She sits and shakes.

She can be transported to New England upon adoption. We use Alpha Dog Transport which has several stops in CT, VT and ME. They charge $125.00 for their services when you claim your pup and they will also hand off all vetting records.

An adoption fee will also be charged to cover the vetting and health certificate required by the transport company.

Please complete our online application www.deaddogswalkingtn.com then click on "dog adoption".

Please email deaddogswalkingtn@me.com for any info.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Yuma, a Providence German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Providence, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Providence.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Providence already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Providence breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Providence paves the way for another one to be saved.
