My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

NOTE: This is a courtesy posting for another rescuer. Please do not contact ARRF, as we do not know this pet personally. Be sure to contact the foster or organization directly from the information listed below.

Wlhisper a delightful blue fawn/white 2 year old Pit Bull Terrier with perhaps some Boxer or Mastiff is just a loving and gentle as her pictures reveal. She weighs about 68 lbs. She rides well in a car. She is really smart, too--not only knowing the commands of sit and down, but she will automatically offer her paw for shake. She takes treats ever so gently, which makes her very trainable to learn many more commands. She interacted very well with anyone who approached her--loving any and all attention. This girl loves belly rubs and would not pass up the chance to sit in your lap.

Whisper does extremely well with other dogs possessing good dog manners. She does appear to be housetrained, but that is something which always needs to be reintroduced when going into a new environment,

As this girl is very active, she would love nothing more than to become part of a very active family or someone such as a runner or hiker. Because she is a large girl, children 8 and over would be best, although she did very well with all ages of children who came up to say hello.
