My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Walter is a nine year old Iggy who weighs in at approximately 16 lbs., although he appears smaller than you would expect, and is at a perfect weight for his build. Walter lived with one owner for his entire life until some life changes that made it necessary for him to come to Rescue. He has been well-loved and it is very evident in his sweet and affectionate personality.

He is very well behaved and loves to lay on the back of the couch, or snuggle with someone under a blanket. He enjoys running and playing with the other dogs in his foster home and his favorite game is tug-o-war.

Walter has very good potty habits, and has learned to use a supervised doggy door. He also has a reported history of being very good with kids and showing affection towards his former kitty-apparently Walter was the official 'bath-giver.'

This sweet guy is ready for his furever family-just look at that precious face!
