My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Max. I am a male, Black Lab Mix Breed and I am approximately 2 to 3 years of age. I am your typical Lab and full of fun, fun fun! I would make an excellent running companion and work out buddy; we can climb the steepest mountain and I'll race you to the top! By night fall, I might be tired enough to lay by your feet and dream of doing it all over again tomorrow. Call me your best buddy or pal, but please don't call me lazy.
Also, I am honored to have been selected to participate in the Dog Tag Program with one of our brave soldiers. The six-week training session pairs me with one serviceman or servicewoman and allows him or her to receive a certificate in Basic Obedience training. Also, upon completion, I will be trained to be a better, well-mannered companion available for adoption into a forever home.
