They say good things come in small packages and that sure is true when it comes to Posh.

Posh is a tiny bundle of joy born roughly 2009. She weighs in at 6 lbs and is 10 inches tall. This little Princess is a sweet, cheerful, gentle soul who will make a wonderful companion.

She is crate trained and likes to be in her kennel. She has not had an accident while left in the crate during the workday, but when you are home you want to make sure she goes outside often. Her signs all look the same: wiggling and smiling all over for I'm hungry, I'm happy, I have to pee and Yes I want to go for a walk! As you get to know her better, you will be able to detect differences in the happy wiggles. She loves to race around the yard and house but hasn't really played with toys.

Posh is eager to learn and is food motivated: sitting before she gets a treat, a meal or the door open to go outside or inside. With the leash held out to my left (so I don't step on her) we are doing well walking on the leash and stopping/sitting and turning.

Posh is currently in a foster home with no other pets or children but has lived with other dogs in the recent past. Posh can be shy at first but soon makes fast friends with you and will follow you around and jump on your lap for a snuggle or nap. She will let you know if she still has time left on her quarter if you stop petting her.
