My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Name: Amelia
Breed: Calico/Tabby
Age: Adult
Gender: Female

Amelia is a girl who's named after a very brave woman for a reason. She spent most of her life living out at the MSP airport and surviving the harsh conditions of summer and winter for multiple years. Some caring individuals who worked out there started putting food out for her this winter, and found that she was no feral cat! She was a super sweet girl who just wanted attention and somewhere to warm up. It was obvious that she had grown up around humans, but somehow got lost as a stray While none of them could take Amelia home with them, they mentioned it to the UPS driver, who's wife happened to work with HHK9! The grapevine worked, and now Amelia is living the life happily in a warm house! Amelia is a quiet girl who is still learning about the fun world of toys and treats. She absolutely adores attention, and is the type of cat who will happily curl up next to you and sleep on your bed at night. She's also a cat who will actually sleep in a cat bed - she LOVES them! You will most commonly find her in her cat bed on the top of her cat tree where she can watch the comings and goings all her subjects :) She hasn't been exposed to dogs before coming to foster care, and is not a big fan of them at all. Cats she will be fine with after a slow introduction. She gets startled by loud noises and may prefer older kids. You can email kissapittie@gmail.com with questions.
