Cece's Story...
Cece is an 8 month old Aussie Lab mix. Though sometimes shy, Cece is a very sweet and loving girl. She's very good natured and gentle, not playing too rough with people or other dogs. With her sister by her side, they take on new situations together.

Cece is still working on her housebreaking, though she usually doesn't have an accident on the floor. Luckily, she is crate trained. We would love to see Cece and Bebe go to a home together, but it isn't required. A fenced in yard would be preferred for her since she loves being outside.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cece, a Ocala Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever for sale in Ocala, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Ocala.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ocala already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ocala breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ocala paves the way for another one to be saved.
