Pippa is a beautiful, petite, solid black cat with big, green round eyes. She and her sister were rescued from a local shelter as kittens. We estimate her birthday January 2015. She is shy but is slowly coming around to everyone. Pippa loves to run and play with any toy that jingles. Pippa does well with other cats. A very sweet girl that will grow up into a beauty.
All of ours cats have been Feline leukemia and feline aids tested negative, spayed or neutered, vaccinated with FVRCP and FELV, rabies vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped. Pippa has an adoption fee of $75.

About Our Shelter...

Acadiana Animal Aid is a no-kill shelter founded in 1974. We are a chartered, non-profit animal shelter and adoption center. Our shelter provides a safe haven for dogs and cats until good homes are found for them. We do not discriminate against any animal due to size, age, color, or breed. All our animals are spayed/neutered, and fully vetted. We do not euthanize for any reason, other than medically-directed circumstances.

Cat visiting hours are 7 days a week from 8am-2pm.

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption fee is $150.00 for dogs and $75 for cats aged one to six years old and adoption fee waived for cats over 3 years old. The adoption process starts with an adoption application, available on our website
