Ellie Mae was initially taken to the HSWM where she was deemed feral, along with her two kittens. We pulled them with the intention of placing them into a barn home. Sadly, one of her kittens did not make it through the neuter surgery. The other was indeed feral and relocated to a barn, where he still lives well today. Ellie however decided she was not a feral kitty. She has come so far in the 2 years she has been here. She will make a great house cat for someone who can provide a quieter home, and definitely with other cats. Ellie loves other cats, especially the handsome boys who love to cuddle. She also has her crazy playful moments when she acts like a kitten. Ellie is only about 3 years old and wants to spend her next 10 years in a real home. Our adoption center is located at 7962 Clyde Park SW Byron Center. Our open adoption hours are every Thursday 6-8pm and Sunday from 12-2pm. Come on out and meet the love of your life! (Donations above our fee are always encouraged and greatly appreciated as the average kitty costs us around $150 to take from dive to dream home.)
