My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cain is a beautiful, light blond Lab mix who is about 1-2 years of age and of average size for a male weighing about 60 to 65 lbs. Cain came from a rural shelter where he was picked up as a stray. He is in a great foster home now with older children and other dogs ranging in age and size and he is getting along great with all. He is even great with the foster cats! This boy absolutely LOVES people! He is a medium energy boy who likes attention and loves to snuggle and lounge. He is also fond of romping and playing in the yard. Cain is a super dog to have around as he is very smart and attentive. Cain is house trained and crate trained and even knows a few commands, such as, sit and down. He is a smart boy and would be easy to train. He loves to go on walks and would make a great jogging buddy or a just hanging out companion. Cain does not like fences, but does like to go visiting, He can go over 6 foot fences, so we recommend a home with an invisible/electric fence or a commitment for dog park play and long walks or runs. Cain is fully vetted, heartworm negative, neutered, up to date on vaccinations including rabies and micro-chipped. Won’t you consider adopting this gorgeous boy with the floppy ears?
