Hello! I’m Max. I am a very handsome 1 ½ year old boy. Foster dad says I’m very affectionate and loving. Cuddling and falling asleep next to my person is one of my favorite things to do but if you want to go for a ride or a walk I’m up for anything. If you like big, wet, sloppy kisses, I’m the boy for you. My energy lever is HIGH and unfortunately I came from a very bad situation and have never been taught manners. Foster dad says basic obedience is a must and that will make me the best boy. Chewing on bones is a regular activity and I can’t have enough toys, I LOVE toys .I’m house trained and I’m not shy about letting you know when I need to go potty. People food does not settle well in my stomach. Due to my energy level I would do best with kids over the age of 7.
NOTE ABOUT MAX: MAX NEEDS TO GO TO A HOME WITH A FENCED YARD ONLY. Due to Max’s upbringing he does not do well in a crate and would do best where he would be allowed free roam of the house or possibly gated in a room. Max also experiences some anxiety around big dogs but can and needs to be redirected. If the home Max goes to has another dog, it needs to be a dog that wants to play and can match Max’s strength (22 pounds) and energy level.
Max’s adoption fee is $250.00. Max is up to date on all shots, heart worm negative, on heart worm preventative, microchiped, and neutered. Max’s adoption fee is $250.00.
