Meet Tipsy! Tipsy is a 12 week old Border Collie mix, weighing in at a bouncy, bubbly 12 pounds. She has a beautiful black coat with four white feet and a white tipped tail. She is a silly little clown who loves to pounce like a kitten on unsuspecting toys.Tipsy's best friend is her puppy foster sister, Sissy, but she plays equally well with the other dogs in the household.
Like most energetic puppies, Tipsy is loaded with playful, puppy energy and she'll need plenty of mental and physical activity to keep her happy and healthy. So, if you are active, and if you have room in your life for a fun-loving puppy on the grow, please contact Tipsy's foster mom at pdcarson@cox.net.
