MEET BRAVO.....and he has been one really brave little man. This precious, 1.5 yr old, 11 lb, tan/white Shih Tzu dollbaby from the Baldwin Park Shelter, was pulled just in the nick of time. Bravo was in the wrong place at the wrong time and was not only hit by a car, the vet suspects he was run over! He had a broken pelvis...and on top of that, his nostrils were deformed, making it difficult for him to breathe. All that being said, who could resist that face! Bravo had his surgeries and then had a little hiccup...he came down with a slight case of demodex!! Like we said, he has been thru it all...and now it is all behind him! He has a loving foster who has seen to his every need....and Bravo has learned about love for maybe the first time in his short life. This kissy boy is a little protective of his toys with other dogs...and his food....but he LOVES his foster pack and needs a canine and human pack of his own! Bravo knows how to get what he needs, as he tells you when he has to go out, when he wants to eat and when he wants to go bye bye with you! Bravo can be a little willful and bossy...but not in a bad way....he is very smart and will charm the dickens out of you! His foster mom says he is potty trained, but no guarantees at your house! Kids are welcomed and one or more dog required! Bravo is a special guy and we want him to have a special family to love and treasure him the way we do. Is that you? Come and get him!!!
Our website is updated daily. Please do not apply for this dog unless your home fits the specified criteria. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, groomed, vet checked, dewormed, deflea'd and come with a leash, collar and ID tag!

Most every Sunday, unless we are doing a special event, we are at Century City Mall (10250 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles 90067 behind the Concierge Booth near Brooks Bros) from 12-4pm. You can see this, and many more, adorable pups at this weekly event! Please do call us if you are coming to see a particular dog to make sure he/she will be at adoptions (we do not bring sick dogs to our adoption events). Please bring a copy of your application and pictures of your home and yard if we have not done a home check! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!!! And don't forget to check out our
