This darling little dachshund is Nala, a lovely little girl that is about 6 years old. Nala came to us from our Newark facility in search of a great new home, when she was picked up as a stray. Can you believe that someone let this petite little lady wander the streets all alone? It's obvious that Nala is not the type to wander and stray on her own, because all she wants to do is be with people! Little Nala is an absolute sweetheart that makes friends very easily. She is outgoing and affectionate, and very well behaved. Nala is very ladylike and walks well on a leash, and is very gentle too. It's obvious that Nala was in a home for most of her life because she has good manners and is very sociable. She doesn't seem to mind other dogs and loves people of all ages. Nala is eager to start life over in a wonderful home where she'll get plenty of love and attention, and will never be let go of again. File#23288 2/6/14
