Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jet and Jengo were found by an 89 year old woman who feeds the strays. Their mom disappeared, and it was getting cold outside, so she took them inside. But, due to her age, she was unable to care for them. They're OSCAR cats now. Please help these 6 month old brothers find the loving homes they deserve.
Some of our kittens have become good friends and used to having other kittens around. It's the kind of friendship that comes from days spent playing together and shared life experiences from before they were rescued. So for the rest of the entire month of June, we’ll be waiving one of the adoption fees for approved adopters who give two of our kittens a forever home. Adopters must still go through the regular adoption approval process, but will pay only one adoption fee when they adopt two kittens. Please know that none of the kittens have to be adopted together. We will gladly adopt them out separately. We just thought it would be nice if we gave them a better chance at going home with a friend.

Cat/Kitten Adoption process:
1. Fill out application
2. Adoption contract & Adoption fee
**If you do not have a current vet reference home visit is required
Adoption Fee:
$80 for a cat/kitten
*Adoption fees cover age appropriate vetting
** For the kittens that have not been fixed (due to being too young) we charge an additional $50 deposit with the condition that when they are fixed $50 is refunded.
One Step Closer Animal Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Donations are TAX DEDUCTIBLE to the extent allowed by law.
