Simmian was just surrendered to a high kill shelter when his owner passed away. He was very scared and doesn't understand where his family has gone. He is currently in foster care and doing great. He is a very gentle and easy-going dog. He is about 5-6 years old and is 15 lbs. He is playful and has a lot of life in him. He would make an excellent playmate for children or an easy-going companion for a retired person.
