Hi! My name is Rif Raf! I'm a playful little boy who would love to fill your home with love. My adoption fee is $50 which includes up-to-date vaccinations, deworming, rabies, and neutering. If you would like to adopt me, email adoptions@starnorth.org or call 218-245-3732 for more information. You can visit me at the shelter during our adoption hours which are M, Th from 5-7pm and Wed, Sat from 12-3pm. I'll be waiting!
