My story

Hi!
Thank you for looking at me! I am Gage....the most affectionate puppy! I love to pat my people's faces with my paws and to put my chin on their shoulder! I am here in the cooler northeast, in a licensed RI rescue called Little Paws 4 U. So glad to be here....much better than in NC, where the weather was too hot and the shelter was over-crowded...and no one came to visit us! Luckily, that nice NC rescue lady made sure we connected with Michael at Little Paws 4 U who drove us to RI. I am listed as a Spaniel mix by the shelter, and look as if I have some Lab as well. My paws are not so large though, and the vet here estimates that I should be around 35-40 pounds when grown. My birth date is around 12/20, which is right before Christmas! I would be fine in a family which is around in the day, to attend to my puppy needs. Older, respectful (only) children are fine, as are other, non-aggressive dogs. My fee of 395. covers all vetting to date, transport to RI, a Health Certificate, de-worming and I have a collar and blanket too!
