My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am a female Shih Tzu. I was born on
12/1/10. I weigh 31 lbs. I am spayed, heartworm negative, current on shots, micro-chipped and on flea/heartworm prevention. My adoption is $200.

I was originally given away by my owner along with my daughter Zoey. The new owner was unable to keep us because we were ganging up on her little Yorkie. We are much bigger than she expected and therefore she was unable to keep us.


Please email for an application. A New Beginning Pet Rescue, Inc. only accepts cash. We do not have the ability to accept credit or debit cards and no longer accept checks. The pets are available to be seen at our adoption events on weekends at the Petsmart in Altamonte Springs on Saturday from 11-4:30 and Sunday from 12-4:30.
