Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Carson is one of those guys who needs time to trust. See, Carson lived with a family for 7 wonderful years but when their child became allergic they had to give him up. This big guy isn't as big as he appears. I mean, he's a big kitty for sure but when you hold him you feel that he's got a lot of fur and not a lot of bulk. He's very undemanding thus far and wants so badly to be apart of the family, he just doesn't trust the situation yet. He's 4 paw declawed and tends to stay away from the other cats so we can't be sure if he'll integrate with other pets yet. So far there's been no fighting but a good bit of avoiding and hiding with occasional exploring. We're working every single day to make him feel at home but we've got a ways to go. Carson loves humans and is 100% adoptable and ready to go to the right family. The right family for now is probably pet and small child free until we get to know Carson better.
Adoption fee reduced to $9 as part of our 9 Lives for $9 program.
All of our cats and kittens are spayed or neutered prior to adoption, up to date on shots, combo tested negative for FIV/Leukemia and microchipped.
