Jeannie's Story...
An adoption application can be completed anytime at http://www.OnMyWayHomeRescue.com. Jeannie is a petite and tiny little female terrier who is about 3 years old and weighs about 5 pounds. She LOVES to be held and to get attention. Jeannie is great with other dogs, with children, and thoroughly soaks up the love. She came into rescue with her sister, Junebug, another adorable little terrier girl and they are bonded together so closely that we are needing a forever home to adopt them both. She is spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated. The adoption fee to adopt both girls is $450.00. An adoption application is the next step in the adoption process. The adoption application can be completed at http://www.OnMyWayHomeRescue.com. Good luck and thank you for your interest!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jeannie, a Henderson Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Henderson, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Henderson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Henderson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Henderson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Henderson paves the way for another one to be saved.
