Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Our foster dogs live as family members in the foster home until chosen for adoption.
Hi, my name is Leyla.
I am a two year old Hound/Pit mix. I was adopted but had to be returned when they found out that I didn't LIKE cats and the family had several.
UPDATE: I AM NOW LIVING IN A WONDERFUL FOSTER HOME!!
At least here at the shelter I have my basic needs met, like food and water plus a roof over my head. However, I am longing to find my forever home and a family to love. I have plenty of love to give. Do you have room in your heart and your home for me?? Come and have a meet-n-greet with me.
I am a young lady at heart and I weigh around 40 pounds. I have been checked out by a veterinarian and spayed. I received a set of preventative shots, have been wormed, and tested negative for heartworms. I have also been microchipped.
You can contact her foster mom, Jaida by emailing jaidasingleton@yahoo.com for more information on how she can become part of your family.
Don't forget to complete an adoption application. Go to http://shelteredpaws.com/docs/Adoption_App_Form_2010.doc to download an Adoption Form Questionnaire. Upon completion, email the application back to spdr.app@shelteredpaws.com
