Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Skipper in Dallas
This is Skipper. He is a three-year old rough coat Jack Russell Terrier that was pulled from a shelter in Friendswood. He is an incredibly sweet dog that learns very quickly and loves companionship (especially females!). He loves to be right by his best friend's side. That being said, he does need to be reminded that his human does not always need to be protected and therefore would thrive with someone who is the true leader of their family and can remind him of such. Skipper has been started with crate training (from what we understand, his prior owners did not crate him at all), and he is doing well with obedience training. Skipper is housebroken and understands manners on furniture as long as you are consistent. Skipper has done well with my 3 y/o fixed black lab, but we are unaware about how he does with small dogs. Socialization is key, and he loves the attention he can get from other adults. Skipper can also use some exercise- he is a bit overweight for an adult Jack Russell! Please apply on www.russellrescue if interested. Adoption fee is 200 dollars. For more information please contact jolleyjames@sbcglobal.net
