Chip is just one of the many strays that somehow find themselves fending for themselves on the streets down South. Most are rounded up and taken to the local high-kill shelter where they sit on death row hoping their owners will show up and reclaim them. That’s exactly what happened to Chip. He sat on death row waiting for somebody who never came. The shelter was surprised nobody reclaimed him as he’s a popular breed and has lovely markings, black/tan with some dappling. We are told that he loves to cuddle and walks well on a leash. We know Chip will make someone very happy. Please help this young Dachshund mix find the loving home he deserves.
