My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Spike is a sweet, seasoned gentleman. He is six years young, and owner surrendered because his former owner had to transfer into assisted living and could not take him. Spike is a very well rounded fellow with good manners. He loves children and seems to do fine with other dogs. He is a calm guy that just wants to be loved on. He will be your friend forever for a good butt scratching. Spike unfortunately has not always had the best diet, and suffers from a yeast infection on his face, legs and behind. Good news is that he will require some home treatments (bathing in special shampoo and antibiotics) and the vet says he should look like a brand new man after several weeks of this. Spike is completely vetted and can be adopted out to a family willing to keep up on all of his treatments.
