Finn's Story...
Finn is a 10 month old Corgi mix puppy and weighs 22 lbs. We aren't sure what he is mixed with, but from the looks of him possibly a Slinky toy. He is doing great in his foster home and is crate trained. He is full of energy and yet so gentle. He also has a very soft coat and loves to be rubbed. He will turn anything into a toy, (including the door stop at the vet's office during his vaccinations.) He is a very happy boy who can amuse himself but also plays great with other dogs and loves to cuddle with humans. We believe he would do great in almost any type of situation. He is completely vetted and ready to find his forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Finn, a Russellville Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi for sale in Russellville, or seeking a Corgi dog from a breeder in Russellville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Russellville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Russellville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi breeders who help with Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Russellville paves the way for another one to be saved.
