My story

SCOOTER - Cocker Spaniel, male, 9 years, 28 lbs. Scooter is a spunky purebred cocker spaniel who is 9 years but could easily be mistaken for a puppy. He came from a home where he received very little personal attention and his foster mom has been working on showing him how to be part of the family. Scooter gets along well with the resident dog in his foster home and simply adores the resident cat who he frequently tries to groom! He loves to go for walks and is crate trained. He likes a good game of fetch, and is very good about bringing the ball back and putting right in your hand! Scooter would do well in active home that can give him lots of love and be patient with him as he learns how to be a family dog. Note: visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix.
