My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Extremely friendly and loving puppy. Previous owner left them outside and 1 froze to death. Was starved when we got her, but is very healthy now. Great with kids and other dogs, never been exposed to cats.

STEPS FOR ADOPTION.
You can call 304-640-8298 and ask for my foster Mom or 304-228-9047 and leave a message. Just tell them you are calling about me, Stripe.
Adoption fee's are required to help this other pets receive the medical, grooming, etc. care they need. Adoption fee's must be paid in CASH.
RCAR reserves the right to refuse adoption when we feel it is not in the best interest of the pet.
Applications are approved or denied in the order they are received, therefore if you see the pet you applied for listed as adopted, this doesn't mean that your application was denied it may however mean that it was simply not the first application received. We will, in most cases notify an approved potential adopter within 72 hours.
Please understand that our group is run by volunteers, which means they have families, jobs, etc. that must come first, therefore emails and phone calls may not be returned the same day that they are received.
We make every attempt to answer all emails and phone calls within 72 hours.
