My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

PETIE is a 4 year old black neutered male who weighs 67 pounds. He's a gorgeous looking dog, he has been bounced around and is a little shy when he first meets you. Likes to be petted and to get attention. Loves going for rides, he didn't even try to get in front to help me drive was content to sit and look around to see where we were going. Wants to be with you to make sure you don't get lost. Knows sit, and down. Okay on lead, very good with an easy walk harness. Petie is used to having someone home more than not, so would not do well in a family that is gone for a long work. He comes from a country environment would probably not do well in an apartment/condo or big city environment. He is approved for kids aged 10+.

Update (4/04): Petie went for a fabulous couple mile long fast paced walk with his foster and LOVED it! Petie is the perfect spring (or anytime!) walking partner to get back out there and enjoy the weather! He walks fabulously on lead and he is at the heel the whole time, he easily adjusts to whatever pace his foster walks. To top it all off, he is total a cuddle bug. Come meet Petie today!
